Shipra Jaipuria is a Senior Manager at ICF’s Aviation - Airline & MRO practice in Delhi and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She offers expertise in Fleet Finance and Management, digital modernisation – with focus on MRO IT system selection & implementation and operations assessment & improvement.

She supports clients with optimisation and improvement of intricate business processes – handling change management through the journey from “as-is” to the “desired/ optimized “to-be” process graphs and creation of Solution Blueprint - following the BOT (Built, Operate and Transfer) methodology. She has also worked on creating and managing various leased aircraft programs, lease analysis and review including best practices, aircraft-specific determinants for fleet strategy, cash flow modelling and spares valuation.

Prior to joining ICF, Shipra was working with IndiGo – India’s largest airline – as part of their Aircraft Acquisition and Financing team. In this role, she was responsible for negotiation and finalization of aircraft leases and manufacturer/ maintenance contracts involving techno-commercial & legal evaluation of aircraft transactions and cost benefit-analysis & risk assessment of OEM contracts. She also has first-hand experience of handling complex staggered redeliveries (owing to typical engine situation in the industry), including re-negotiations with lessors.

Shipra started her career with a corporate finance role in a large government bank wherein her role involved debt financing and risk advisory across varied industries.
